Pink, errrrr... Stone House

Well, have signed the byproducts of countless trees [i.e.: papers] this afternoon, as have officially bought a house up here in NE IN! :) Yea! Now we own two houses... !EEK! Anyone interested in a ~5200 sq ft 2-story w/ a full walk-out basement, 2-car garage w/ bonus room that has its own full bath, sitting upon 5 acres of the scenic Sand Mtn ridge whereupon you can see the setting sun over the Tennessee River valley? Anyhow, this new one is actually older, smaller, and upon less land. Ha = what a real estate agent I'd make, huh? ;) Oh, it also costs 50% more than what we have in 'bama. Location location location _this_ baby! [insert rolling eyes here...]

However! And this is key part here - this new property up in Indiana includes its own pond (which as my pond at this 'Bama property turned into a whirlpool, all the waters receding into the abandoned strip coal mine underneath that we had NO idea was there, no disclosure...), and it is next to a pretty cool little town with very good schools, restaurants, parks (including an animal rescue facility), and some good neighbors.
